Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, SBA lending, and/or credit approval.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate credit risk.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and credit information to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate credit structures.
• Manage the end-to-end renewal process, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of credit presentations and reviews.
• Complete annual credit reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring to maintain portfolio quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor borrower performance and loan repayment activity, identifying and addressing potential credit concerns proactively.
• Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process when appropriate.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, credit teams, and other internal business partners to support client needs and credit inquiries.
• Ensure portfolio administration and risk management activities are aligned with established credit policies, business strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the bank within the community by participating in business and professional organizations and supporting special projects as needed.]
