Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Business Banking Portfolio Manager to support a portfolio of Business Banking relationships through underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management activities.

You will analyze financial information, evaluate loan opportunities, manage ongoing credit quality, and help deliver client outcomes while supporting relationship growth across commercial lending areas including C&I and CRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial/C corporate Banking, SBA lending or credit approval.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and credit information to evaluate loan requests and structure credit.
• Manage end-to-end renewal processes with credit presentations and reviews.
• Monitor portfolio quality and compliance; conduct annual reviews.
