Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Solutions Banker in Houston to deepen client relationships and provide banking solutions. You will guide Not-for-Profit and business clients through financial education and innovative products while ensuring a superior client experience.

You will manage a sizable portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with service teams to resolve issues, maintaining risk controls and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or portfolio management role, or related business experience.
• Strong Zoom/phone-based and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase Business Banking clients by proactively providing comprehensive business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of the businesses.
• Plan and conduct regularly-scheduled, agenda-based meetings with each client to understand needs and goals; identify banking needs, analyze product usage, and identify growth opportunities via Zoom and phone.
• Recommend solutions that serve the client while staying within risk parameters that protect the bank and portfolio profitability.
• Manage a portfolio of 225-275 high value business banking or Not-for-Profit clients by cultivating relationships for seamless client experience.
• Understand client capital needs to identify and manage credit opportunities up to $250,000.
• Understand cash flow cycle to identify Cash Management, Card, and Payment Solutions to optimize processing efficiency and protect funds.
• Own client experience end-to-end and know when to elevate issues requiring assistance.
