First Citizens Bank in Austin, TX seeks a Business Services Representative to deliver cash management and deposit services to commercial clients. You will partner with bankers to identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive relationship growth in the community.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services sales, strong financial literacy, and a proven ability to develop new business and cross-sell treasury management solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with sales experience.
• Experience in financial services sales or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and treasury services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales metrics and goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources to generate new business.
• Represent the Bank in the community to drive CRA opportunities and relationships.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies while delivering high-quality service.
• Coordinate with bankers to provide accurate deposits and cash-management solutions.
