Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in its Business Banking division to build and manage a portfolio of 70–90 client relationships with annual revenues of $1–$5 million. You will provide tailored financial solutions, advise on credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000, and collaborate with internal partners to support client success.

In this role you’ll regularly meet clients on-site, assess risks, and apply a disciplined relationship development process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities
• Proven ability to own problems and follow through with commitments
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with $1–$5M annual revenue; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to ~$500,000
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience
• Identify and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, credit, and risk management
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain and adjust relationship strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements
