Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Solutions Banker in Houston to support business clients with financial solutions, education and guidance, helping improve client experiences and outcomes. You will manage a portfolio of high-value business banking and Not-for-Profit clients, conducting regular meetings, assessing capital needs up to $250,000, and coordinating with service teams to deliver end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Banking Relationship Management or portfolio management.
• Strong Zoom/phone-based and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively build relationships and influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities and assess client needs to propose viable solutions.
• Knowledge of core business products: deposit, lending, cash management.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase Business Banking clients by proactively providing tailored solutions.
• Plan and conduct regular agenda-based meetings to understand client needs and growth opportunities.
• Use industry knowledge to recommend solutions within risk parameters to protect profitability.
• Manage a portfolio of 225-275 high-value business banking or Not-for-Profit clients.
• Understand client capital needs to identify opportunities up to $250,000.
• Assist clients with cash management, card, and payment solutions to optimize processing.
