Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Solutions Banker to support Business Banking clients with financial solutions, education and advisory services. The role focuses on managing a 225-275 client portfolio and cultivating strong client relationships to deliver end-to-end service.

Responsibilities include meetings to assess needs, recommending appropriate products, and coordinating with internal teams while ensuring risk and profitability targets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Banking Relationship Management or related business role.
• Strong Zoom/phone-based and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to build client relationships and influence others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase Business Banking clients with tailored financial solutions.
• Plan and conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and growth opportunities.
• Analyze product usage and guide clients to suitable banking solutions while maintaining risk controls.
• Manage a portfolio of 225-275 high-value business banking or Not-for-Profit clients.
• Identify credit opportunities up to $250,000 based on client needs and cash flow.
• Coordinate with service teams to resolve issues and own the client experience end-to-end.
