Qualifications

• Gather, understand, confirm, and document business and technical requirements.

• Review complex processes and IT systems to define current and future states.
• Review IT requests for clarity and correct prioritization.
• Use proven methods to manage requirements in multi-team environments.
• Create test cases and prototypes to validate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for Lottery system changes.
• Analyze and develop functional and non-functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Identify gaps between specs and system capabilities and propose solutions.
• Advise vendors and subject matter experts on conflicts.
• Use BA techniques to manage requirements and track progress.
