Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a highly technical Business Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio. This role requires serving as a Solution Subject Matter Expert within a complex lottery systems environment, bridging stakeholders and development teams to ensure technically sound solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of business analysis experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Microsoft Office. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage technical inquiries efficiently.
This role is a highly technical Business Analyst to serve as a Solution Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a complex, enterprise lottery systems environment. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, site operations, and Software Development to ensure solutions are technically feasible, architecturally aligned, and successfully delivered. This is a hands‑on, technically grounded role suited for a BA who is comfortable operating at the intersection of systems architecture, integration, and business process design.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Years of Related Experience: 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex system environments.
