You’ll bridge business stakeholders, site operations, and software development to ensure feasible, architecturally aligned solutions that are delivered successfully.

This hands-on BA role operates at the intersection of systems architecture, integration, and business process design, driving requirements, risk identification, and lifecycle activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex system environments.
• Experience participating in full life cycle (FLC) implementations.
• Experience translating business needs into technically sound requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for assigned solution(s) with knowledge of architecture and integrations.
• Lead requirements definition and author System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Translate business needs into structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements in JIRA with traceability from intake to delivery.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Technical Services and Operations to validate feasibility.
• Identify risks, sequencing dependencies and integration impacts early.
• Support design validation, UAT prep, production readiness and post-launch support.
• Apply governance practices to ensure documentation quality.
