Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master in the United States (Virginia) to lead collection and management of mission user needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support continuous improvement across multiple teams. The role requires 4+ years in Scrum/Kanban, product owner or Scrum Master experience, and a federal government background with Drupal-based web apps.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
4+ years of experience serving as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years functioning as a business analyst for the federal government.
Functional knowledge of Drupal-based web applications, Agile and DevSecOps approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization to feature writing.
Translate business process needs into technical requirements and support deployment.
Facilitate meetings/workshops to create shared understanding with stakeholders.
Decompose large epics into features and user stories for development teams.
Assist teams with JIRA for Agile lifecycle management and reporting.
