Job summary

Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to lead requirement capture, process improvements, and agile planning across federal projects. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and support change management and training.

Responsibilities include decomposing epics into features, facilitating workshops, and guiding teams in JIRA and Salesforce usage while maintaining strong communication with dispersed stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years as a business analyst for the federal government.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structures and reporting.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication across distributed teams.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• 4+ years Scrum/Kanban; 4+ years as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Ability to write user stories and epics, identify dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Envision, develop, and create requirements to improve tools and efficiency.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to align stakeholders and roadmaps.
• Decompose epics into features and user stories for dev teams.
• Lead Increment and planning sessions with clients and teams.
• Assist teams in using JIRA to track work across product groups.
• Manage Salesforce admin tasks: user accounts, profiles, workflows, permissions.
• Keep up-to-date on Salesforce features for internal use.
• Provide guidance on JIRA reporting of progress against epics.
