Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Envision, develop, and create requirements to improve tools and processes.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to align stakeholders and produce roadmaps.
• Decompose epics into features and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Increment and planning sessions with clients and teams.
• Assist team in using Jira as an Agile Lifecycle Management tool.
• Handle administrative functions in Salesforce including user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and assess internal adoption.
• Provide guidance in Jira reporting of work progress against epics.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
