Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team building a pricing and financial management platform for construction projects. You will gather requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and work with Product, Engineering, and SI partners to deliver value in iterative Agile cycles.

The role involves supporting QA/UAT, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies while ensuring adoption across field environments. This position reports to Product Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise software or transformations.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into solutions and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with QA/UAT, testing, defect resolution, and implementation.
• Strong business process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work across teams in Agile or hybrid settings.
• Construction management or field-oriented industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Support QA, UAT, defects, and release planning; track timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements across multiple teams and SI partners to keep delivery moving.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
