Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication channels across business units and project teams.
• Organize, store, and retrieve project communications and business metrics.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
• Set up and maintain project and work breakdown structures.
• Document business processes and operational workflows.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and monitor transaction controls.
• Predict potential budget overruns and provide actionable solutions.
• Support project managers and directors in strategic reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in project analysis, financial tracking, or project controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications; Enterprise software experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business and management principles, including resource allocation and strategic planning.
