Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team designing and building HITT's proprietary project software platform, supporting pricing, budgeting, and financial management. This hands-on BA translates business needs into clear requirements and drives solutions from concept through delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise software.
Experience with QA/UAT, testing, and defect resolution.
Strong business process analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into user stories and specs.
Support QA, testing, UAT, and release activities.
Coordinate timelines and dependencies across multiple SI delivery partners.
Identify risks and blockers, and drive resolution with teams.
Document processes and communicate status to stakeholders.
