Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in technology, business administration or related fields.
• Certification in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA) is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional or educational setting with proven skills in business analysis.
• Experience working within a PMO with governance, compliance, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain BA frameworks and documentation in line with BABOK and PMO standards.
• Provide oversight and mentoring on BA processes and deliverables within ITS PMO.
• Conduct detailed business analysis across projects to identify process improvements and tech alignment.
• Facilitate elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of requirements.
