Job summary

LRS Consulting Services is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to support the PMO and project teams. The role blends business analysis with administrative PMO duties, including BRD creation, project charters, and documentation in ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in BA/PMO roles, experience with process mapping tools, and familiarity with ITSM/PPM platforms. Strong communication with both business and tech stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a BA/PMO/Coordinator role.
• Experience creating process flow diagrams with Visio or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM/PPM tools; CAPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop process flow diagrams and workflow documentation to support project planning and business process improvements.
• Gather, document, and validate project requirements with PMs and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain BRDs, project charters, process maps, and meeting notes.
• Maintain status trackers, WBS/timeline schedules, and RAID logs within ServiceNow.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
