Polaris Consulting Group is building a qualified candidate bench for anticipated NGA VERTEX positions in Arnold, MO. This on-site, contingent opportunity requires active TS/SCI clearance and readiness for security onboarding.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of the degree.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/oral communication skills.
• Proven project management, process improvement, and leadership responsibilities at a mid‑level level.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Visio, MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint or comparable tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Research and analyze information from multiple sources to develop reports, briefings, assessments, and recommendations for leadership.
• Lead or support business process development and re‑engineering initiatives using metrics to evaluate results.
• Develop, coordinate, review, or implement strategic guidance, policies, SOPs, and performance assessments.
• Serve as an action officer or project manager for initiatives from planning through execution, including schedules and risks.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver customer‑ready products.
• Support analytical and staff functions such as meeting coordination, records, data analysis, and audit/compliance activities.
• Apply AI/ML-enabled tools to improve workflows and performance measurement when appropriate.
