Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, program manager and technical personnel.
• Analyze data to provide insights, trends, and forecasts.
• Plan and schedule meetings to gather requirements for use cases and initiatives.
• Transmit information to leadership and assemble data for presentations.
• Assist in project planning, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Author and review documentation for application functions and training materials.
• Facilitate change management activities including training and user support.
• Work with customers to understand their business processes and translate requirements into solutions.
• Resolve issues during development and support workshops.
