Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, and prioritize requirements for use cases in Appian.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, program manager, and technical staff.
• Analyze data to provide insights, trends, and forecasts for decisions.
• Plan and schedule meetings to gather requirements for use cases and initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and ensure clear communication with leadership.
• Assist in project planning, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Author and edit documentation for functions and change management.
• Facilitate change management, training, and user support.
• Work with customers to understand business processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and resolve issues.
