Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Business Analysis Associate II to join the Home Lending Servicing Loan Administration team. You will help drive operational efficiency, develop solutions, and partner with Mortgage Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable results and a stronger customer experience.

You will analyze data, build business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions and forecast capacity, headcount, and expenses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying variances/trends, and producing clear, actionable reporting.
• Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and ability to build basic financial models.
• Ability to build business cases including cost/benefit analysis and impacts to productivity.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and planning.
• Build business case analysis with cost/benefit view for operational and strategic initiatives and present results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, build capacity requirements, and execute strategy.
• Deliver capacity and financial insights for budgeting, resource use, cost per unit, allocations, headcount and expense trends.
• Track efficiency goals in forecasts and track actual results against forecast.
• Partner with Finance/Capacity teams to maintain capacity models as forecasted volume and headcount trends change.
• Automate and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
• Assess scenarios and risks to support informed decisions that impact department outcomes.
