The role requires strong MS Office and BI tooling skills (Power BI, Tableau), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will help create business cases, document workflows, and contribute to UAT and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• 3-5 years of BA, operations, project coordination, or process improvement experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Experience facilitating meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating process flows, BRDs, user stories, and workflow documentation.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Support development of business cases and feasibility studies.
• Collect, analyze datasets to support decision-making.
• Maintain requirements traceability and document changes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Assist in preparing training materials and end-user documentation.
• Contribute to project status updates and team meetings.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot system issues and improve UX.
• Create and maintain dashboards or reports using BI tools.
• Participate in IT team meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
