StraitSys Inc is seeking a qualified Business Analyst in the Huntsville area to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will gather requirements, write detailed user stories, and support the evaluation of potential solutions to meet project goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, data governance, and the development of dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. You will participate in UAT and help prepare end-user documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with Excel, basic SQL, or Python.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Support development of business cases and feasibility studies.
• Create and maintain dashboards or reports using BI tools.
• Participate in UAT and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and improve user experience.
