Job summary

State Street is seeking a Business Analyst for the LINK client platform within GlobalLink. You will translate client and business needs into clear requirements, drive delivery from discovery through release and adoption, and partner across Product, Technology, UX and Markets in a hybrid model balancing home and office work.

You will define use cases, create user stories, and support prioritization of the roadmap while ensuring alignment with client value and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree as a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, product development or implementation within financial services or financial technology.
• Experience translating complex business and client workflows into scalable technology solutions.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, application integration or interoperability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership, business stakeholders and clients to define use cases, workflows and product requirements.
• Translate complex needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Work with Product, UX, Engineering and QA to take capabilities from concept through design, testing and production release.
• Support prioritization of the LINK roadmap and backlog based on client value, strategic priorities, dependencies and risk.
• Drive clarity on scope, ownership, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks; escalate issues when needed.
• Engage users and client-facing teams to validate solutions, gather feedback and improve adoption and usability.
• Coordinate effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and other stakeholders.
