State Street is seeking a Business Analyst for the LINK platform within GlobalLink. You will partner with product leadership, technology, UX and markets to translate client needs into clear requirements and drive delivery from discovery through release and adoption.

In this hybrid role you will own requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate across stakeholders, and help ensure solutions work for institutional clients and trading workflows in a dynamic market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, product development or implementation within financial services or fintech.
• Experience translating complex business and client workflows into scalable technology solutions and working with engineering teams through the product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, application integration or interoperability concepts preferred.
• Experience with institutional financial services, electronic trading or Markets preferred.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft 365.

Aufgaben

• Partner with product leadership, business stakeholders and clients to define use cases, workflows and product requirements.
• Translate complex needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Work with Product, UX, Engineering and QA to take capabilities from concept through design, testing and production release.
• Support prioritization of the LINK roadmap and backlog based on client value, strategic priorities, dependencies and risk.
• Drive clarity on scope, ownership, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks; escalates issues when needed.
• Support consistent client workflows and interoperability across the GlobalLink ecosystem, including application integrations and APIs.
• Engage users and client-facing teams to validate solutions, gather feedback and improve adoption and usability.
• Maintain concise product, release and decision documentation and provide clear management updates.
• Coordinate effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and other stakeholders.
