State Street is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to shape platform strategy for the Investment Accounting platform. The role leads requirements, solution design, and delivery of product enhancements to meet roadmap metrics, collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams.

Ideal candidate has deep Investment Accounting domain knowledge, strong product management and SDLC experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or information systems.
• 15+ years in financial services with product management experience.
• Proven product management, business analysis, or operations experience in product development.
• Investment Accounting subject matter expertise in accounting, security valuation, cash management, and corporate actions/income.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizations.
• Organized with the demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Competencies: deep domain expertise, Agile/SDLC, teamwork and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead requirement definition and solution design for strategic product development initiatives within the Investment Accounting platform.
• Ensure requirements/design solutions are well thought out and end-to-end documented.
• Gain consensus with stakeholders across Product, IT, Operations, and Client teams.
• Drive delivery of product enhancements through the development lifecycle to meet timeline/cost commitments.
• Apply strong business judgment to surface impediments and provide practical options to resolve.
• Use client requests and market trend analysis to contribute to the strategic Product roadmap.
• Assist with adoption of AI processes to improve product management functions and delivery.
