Job summary
State Street Corporation seeks a Business Analyst to support the LINK client platform within GlobalLink. You will partner with Product, Technology, UX and Markets to translate client and business needs into clear requirements and drive delivery from discovery through release and adoption.
This hybrid role in Boston balances work-from-home and in-office requirements, and involves developing use cases, writing user stories, and ensuring interoperability across the GlobalLink ecosystem to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product development or implementation.
- Experience translating complex workflows into scalable technology solutions.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs and application integration is preferred.
- Experience with institutional financial services or electronic trading is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define use cases, workflows and product requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate complex needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and QA through design to production.
- Prioritize LINK roadmap based on client value and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal and Risk.
