Job summary

Information Management Group (IMG) seeks a motivated Business Analyst to join our Washington, DC team on-site. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and developers to refine and manage backlogs, gather requirements, and prepare production-ready solutions.

Key duties include sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivering weekly status updates. You will help ensure stakeholder needs are captured and implemented within the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active DOD Top Secret or DOE Q clearance.
• 3+ years in program management or business analysis.
• Understand the full software development lifecycle end-to-end.
• Experience with backlog management and Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage 08Y-EA application production with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Develop, prioritize, and manage backlog items with stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate PI planning and backlog refinement.
• Document risks and track developer efforts with metrics.
• Prepare weekly status updates for management.
