Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting or leading agile software development teams, including backlog refinement and leading agile ceremonies
• 2+ years of experience using Atlassian Jira for backlog, workflow, and reporting functions
• 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting SAFe Agile teams

Responsibilities

• Customer and client communications: serve as the BA point of contact for assigned products; translate objectives into delivery-ready stories and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to customers; prepare status summaries, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
• Meeting facilitation and collaboration: plan and facilitate discovery workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives; capture decisions and actions and ensure follow-through; coordinate with Product Owner, developers, testers, and stakeholders to keep work flowing.
• Conduct interviews and process mapping to elicit and document business rules, workflows, and data needs; write user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain traceability; maintain living documentation in Confluence.
• Agile development support: manage and prioritize the backlog; define Definition of Ready/Done; organize demos and retrospectives; use Jira to track work, visualize flow, and report sprint metrics.
