• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative focus) required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Lead and mentor 1–2 analysts to develop talent at Capital One.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and perform product-level analytics.
• Lead D2C marketing efforts and generate insights for new customer experiences.
• Connect drivers of credit risk to historical behavior and test hypotheses.

Education
