• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration) with start date before scheduled start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring to retain talent at Capital One.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling and testing hypotheses with rigorous analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and translate business needs into requirements and strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to drive quality, volume, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and decision-making based on analytics.
