Responsibilities

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Participates in development and review of complex processes, workflow analytics and reporting.
• Mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to transfer knowledge.
• Oversees development and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation.
• Translates business needs by partnering with stakeholders to articulate requirements.
• Leads multiple business analysis project management processes with planning, QA and effectiveness assessment.
• Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.
