As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Direct research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements; participate in development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting; provide senior level consultation and communicate with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem‑solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives.
• Consult and recommend frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams; independently mentor, lead, and coach other associates and oversee the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
• Translate business needs, processes, and/or procedures by partnering with experts and stakeholders to determine and articulate needs; communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements.
• Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment; provide direction for the successful deployment of projects; drive development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer focus and risk management by leveraging customer needs and aligning with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
