Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Retail Technology organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. The role focuses on business analysis, system design, data reporting, and enterprise transformation within a collaborative, in-office environment.

The successful candidate will lead requirements sessions, partner with stakeholders, coordinate with architects and developers, and support testing and deployment while driving continuous improvements across programs.

Qualifications

Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and system implementations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience supporting enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, or Finance platforms.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
Forms and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups to improve results.
Identifies and documents system constraints and implications of proposed changes.
Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.
