Job summary

Pernod Ricard North America is seeking a Manager, Bulk Spirits Planning for the Fort Smith, AR facility. The role focuses on leading bulk liquid planning, procurement, inventory management, and blending coordination to meet customer and production needs.

A hybrid work model is offered with relocation options considered. Responsibilities include developing supply plans, maintaining master data in ERP systems, and partnering with Procurement, Bulk Processing, Quality, and Finance to optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
7+ years in supply chain planning or production planning.
Experience with ERP and planning systems and S&OP.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans for bulk spirits and liquids.
Monitor inventory health and optimize safety stock levels.
Coordinate blending schedules with production and ensure material availability.
Support S&OP and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet demand.
