Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Manager, Bulk Spirits Planning in New York to lead liquid planning, procurement, and inventory management for bulk spirits and ingredients. You will coordinate blending, material availability, and ERP master data governance to support production and customer service goals.

This role requires strong ERP experience, advanced Excel, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related areas.
Experience with ERP/master data governance and S&OP processes.
Strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans for bulk spirits, flavors, and liquids.
Ensure inventory targets and safety stock levels support demand and production needs.
Coordinate blending schedules with production and material availability.
Maintain ERP master data for liquids, blends, formulas, and BOMs.
Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, R&D, and Finance to optimize planning.
