Job summary

The Manager, Bulk Spirits Planning in New York is responsible for leading all bulk liquid planning activities for the Fort Smith facility, focusing on procurement, storage, blending, and processing of distilled spirits and ingredients.

You will develop and execute liquid supply plans, manage inventories, and ensure accurate master data in ERP systems. Collaboration with Procurement, Bulk Processing, Quality, R&D, and Finance is essential to meet production targets and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 7+ years in planning or production.
• Strong ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of BOMs, recipes, and formula production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term bulk spirits and ingredient supply plans.
• Monitor inventory health and set targets and safety stock.
• Identify supply risks and mitigate disruptions.
• Coordinate with Bulk Processing for blending schedules and capacity.
• Support S&OP/IBP with analytics and planning data.
