Qualifications

• Five or more years of budget planning experience.
• Experience developing and monitoring budget roadmaps and execution plans.
• Experience coordinating budget activities with multiple offices and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting contracts, MIPRs, and inter-agency financial activities.
• Demonstrated ability to execute budget actions, including RCAFs and related financial transactions.
• Experience tracking expenditures, conducting reconciliations, and performing variance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely information to leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be a team player and work collaboratively with a diverse team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing the Branches budget and forecasting needs.
• Develop and maintain the budget roadmap for timely allocation and monitoring.
• Execute budget actions and related financial transactions.
• Track expenditures across programs with reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Coordinate budget requirements for contracts, MIPRs, and inter-agency activities.
• Prepare Branches Weekly Activity Reports for Front Office and leadership.
• Support budget status updates and materials for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with external offices and stakeholders as needed.
• Cultivate strong relationships across offices to support resource planning.
