• Oversees budget development, execution, and allocation to align with Strategic and Business Plan objectives.
• Offers analysis and guidance on the financial impact of program proposals.
• Analyzes business performance and collaborates with field offices and Headquarters Comptroller to prepare and coordinate budget proposals and exhibits for final approval.
• Formulates, oversees, and updates operational budgets across the organization.
• Determines appropriate pricing methodologies for the organization’s products and implements price adjustments.
• Receives and validates funding documents and creates and maintains reimbursable internal orders.
• Facilitates end-to-end business cycle design to ensure full alignment with DLA’s evolving strategic direction and transformation initiatives.
