Qualifikationen

• Experience preparing and interpreting budget data for government funds (budget formulation and execution).
• Ability to gather, compile and compute financial data for programs and budgets.
• Knowledge of obligations and expenditures monitoring in the execution phase.

• Prepare working estimates for expenses like equipment, travel, labor, and administrative costs.
• Collect, compile and compute financial data for programs/budgets.
• Monitor obligations and expenditures for direct and reimbursable funds.
• Interpret records of funds and expenses from various sources.
• Identify, extract and summarize budgetary data on status and accomplishments.
• Provide guidance to others involved in budgeting activities.
• Balance accounts and prepare budgetary reports.
• Maintain Government Purchase Card (GPC) and ensure purchases comply with laws/regulations.
• Complete obligations and payments including monthly utilities.
