Responsibilities

• Leads financial advisory on PPB&E matters and formulates budget exhibits for BES and PB.
• Assists in Formulating, defending and executing one-year and multi-year appropriated budgets.
• Monitors commitments, obligations, and expenditures to ensure funds are used effectively and in compliance.
• Assesses impact of external budget guidance on assigned accounts and coordinates requirements across the enterprise.
• Summarizes and analyzes financial data to support internal management and external reporting.
