The candidate will drive cost optimization, implement digital tools, and deliver dashboards to leadership. Requires 4+ years in finance/supply chain and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required.
• 4+ years of work experience in supply chain and/or finance related roles.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Clinical Supply Chain TA out-of-pocket (OOPs) financial planning and reporting.
• Establish and maintain financial governance processes with timely budget submissions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop budgets, operating plans, and forecasts.
• Drive cost optimization opportunities and translate insights into leadership recommendations.
• Design and improve financial business processes for transparency and efficiency.
• Lead digital transformation of budget planning and data-driven reporting capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide leaders with performance insights.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives ensuring financial implications are understood.
