Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, or related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible professional experience in governmental budgeting or finance.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for varied audiences.
• Knowledge of budgeting, GASB concepts, and public-sector accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the City's annual operating budget and multi-year financial plan.
• Develop revenue and expenditure forecasts and multi-year models.
• Coordinate budget guidelines, base-budget structures, and submissions.
• Analyze spending trends and prepare budget-to-actual reports.
• Support audits, policy analysis, and fiscal transparency efforts.
