City of Largo seeks a Performance & Budget Analyst I–III to coordinate the CIP and annual operating budget submissions. You will work across departments to align strategy, measure performance, and present findings to leadership.

You will develop data-driven insights, manage process improvements, and support policy implementation within a high‑performing organization. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a drive for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, economics or related field.
• 4+ years in government financial planning and analysis for Analyst II/III levels.
• Strong data analysis, budgeting, and performance measurement capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and present budget documents and CIP submissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CIP and Annual Operating Budget submissions for departments.
• Develop performance metrics and data visualizations to support decision‑making.
• Lead and participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, present, and review budget items for City Commission sessions.
