Job summary

Idi Insulation seeks a Financial Analyst, Budgeting and Margin to own P&L budgeting and forecasting processes and lead margin analyses in collaboration with the FP&A team for executive management, operations, and business leadership.

You will support annual budgeting, coordinate mid-year forecasts, develop variance analyses, publish margin insights, and help document workflows and reporting. Strong Excel/SAP skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, math, or related field.
• 2+ years accounting/finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support annual budgeting process for sales, margin, and operating expenses.
• Margin Analysis: Publish and present monthly margin analysis; collaborate to identify opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Respond to feedback; document workflows and analytical techniques.
• Reporting: Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports related to budget, forecasts, and margins.
