Responsibilities include preparing budget exhibits, crafting responses for Congressional inquiries, and delivering executive briefings with PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance and understanding of DoD/IC budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency with relational databases and MS Office.
• Experience defending programs in the DoW/IC PPBE process.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and present program and budget data for leadership decisions.
• Develop and publish budget exhibits and supporting materials.
• Prepare Congressional testimonies, briefing materials, and responses to inquiries.
• Create NGA briefing materials and responses for ODNI, OSD, and OMB as needed.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings with senior staff.
• Develop PowerPoint/white paper briefings on financial management.
