ProCleared LLC is seeking a Principal Analyst to provide data-driven financial analytics for senior leadership on portfolio investments and resource allocation. The role requires mastery of federal financial policies and the ability to translate complex data into strategic business cases.

You will support NGA program activities, develop budget exhibits, and prepare materials for high-level briefings with ODNI, OSD, and OMB.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD/IC PPBE budgeting experience and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: macros, pivot tables, complex formulas.
• Experience with budget exhibits and financial documentation.
• Proven ability to develop data visualizations (Tableau, R, Python).
• Master's degree plus CPA/CGFM/CDFM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced analytics to guide senior leadership on portfolio investments and resource allocation.
• Support NGA program build activities, data review, and documentation packages.
• Develop and publish IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, and President’s Budget exhibits and materials.
• Prepare congressional testimony materials and responses.
• Create briefing materials for ODNI, OSD, and OMB as needed.
• Develop PowerPoint/white paper briefings for senior leadership.
• Monitor Supplement/Over guidance requirements and performance metrics.
• Assist with NGA program mid-year and end-of-year reviews and funding documents.
