This full-time exempt role partners with budget managers, processes entries, generates reports, and delivers training to strengthen forecasting and modeling.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, at least 3 years in budgeting or analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with financial systems

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or planning.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for budget inquiries and routine balance reconciliations.
• Analyze complex financial data to support budget development and reporting.
• Design and conduct onboarding budget training for managers to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform variance analyses and assist with data gathering for forecasting.
• Provide analytics for institutional initiatives and resource realignments.
• Lead special projects including cost-benefit analyses and scenario planning.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
