The Assistant Board Secretary and Executive Project Manager provides administrative, operational, project support and management to the President, Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board of Franklin & Marshall College. This dual-focused role ensures seamless governance operations while supporting institutional programs and strategic initiatives coming out of the Office of the President. Serving to ensure smooth operations, communications, and execution around the board and other special projects, this position manages projects and facilitates work among trustees, the President, and college leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a high degree of discretion, exceptional organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and strong abilities to manage and execute projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
